About me
I’m Rob Toy, a Wisconsin native seeking to acquire a small to midsized business in the greater Milwaukee area. My goal is simple: to own and operate one company for the long term and invest in its people, customers, and future.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve built experience across strategy, acquisitions, operations, and growth leadership. I’ve worked on sourcing and diligence, led strategic and operational initiatives, and spent the last several years in hands-on operating leadership roles inside one company. I’m now applying that experience as an owner-operator focused on building one great business over time.
Everlong is my personal investment vehicle. I am not a private equity firm or a broker. I’m supported by a strong network of investors and advisors, along with my family, all of whom are excited to contribute positively to the local economy and community.
